Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable, as work has been delivered and accepted. If a milestone deliverable does not meet the agreed specifications outlined in the project proposal, fullstacknetworkhub will rectify the deliverable at no additional cost within 14 business days.

3. Subscription & Maintenance Refunds

Monthly maintenance subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with 14 days' notice. No refund is issued for the current billing period, but no further charges will be applied. Pre-annual subscriptions are refundable within 30 days of purchase, minus the pro-rated value of services already delivered.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: third-party license fees, domain registration costs, hosting fees already incurred, and work completed and approved by the client.

5. How to Request a Refund
